Job Purpose

  • Assisting clients with hardware, software and networking problems remotely and on-site as required.
  • Working through the entire ticket process (identify, research, troubleshoot and resolve) independently for desktop, software and hardware issues, and DOCUMENT the results.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our fast-growing organization to help organize and complete our company’s day-to-day accounting procedures.

The Finance administrator’s responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations, invoicing, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and answering client questions regarding invoices. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help us manage and allocate our resources effectively and be able to help the leadership team where needed.


  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Process payroll bi-weekly
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Make/keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Create Invoices based on work performed by team members.
  • Answer initial questions regarding invoices from clients
  • Identify and address account discrepancies
  • Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)


  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator/Finance Assistant or similar role an asset and/or a diploma or degree in a Finance related field.
  • Hands-on experience with using cloud accounting applications
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management, organization skills and ability to work autonomously
