This package is also based on the numbers of servers and workstations you have. Anyone with computer or network issues can create a service ticket online, by email or by calling B4 Networks for support.

Co-Managed I.T. Helpdesk

  • This support option is for companies that already have their own in-house I.T. techs. B4 Networks will manage your technicians using our Service Ticketing System. Technicians report to our service coordinator who manages the flow of service calls and prioritizes all service requests. If service calls escalate, accumulate, or are beyond the capabilities of your technicians, our I.T. technicians can provide additional remote and on-site services.

Server Monitoring and Maintenance

  • This support option is based on the number of servers and workstations you have. B4 Networks will monitor your network and proactively take measures to prevent down time. We will manage your backups and provide daily checks to keep your network running smoothly. Anyone with computer or network issues can create a service ticket online, by email or by calling B4 Networks for support. Any remote and on-site labour is billed hourly or pulled from block hours.

As Needed

  • We are only a phone call away. We provide fast and professional service only when you ask for it. You do not need to have a service contract to take advantage of our remote service. Log into our secure access site and a B4 Networks technician can remotely service your computer while you watch.
