Welland, Ont - January 14th, 2026 – The Welland/Pelham Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Bryan Lachapelle, owner of B4 Networks, has been appointed as President of the Chamber for the 2026 term.
Lachapelle currently serves as 1st Vice-President of the Chamber and will transition into the President’s role following a strong record of leadership and engagement within the organization. His appointment reflects the Board’s confidence in his vision, experience, and dedication to supporting local businesses across Welland and Pelham.
In addition to his executive role, Lachapelle has been an active contributor on the Membership Development and Services Committee, where he has played a key role in strengthening member engagement, enhancing services, and supporting the growth of the Chamber’s business community.
“As a local business owner, I understand the challenges and opportunities facing our members,” said Lachapelle. “I’m honoured to step into the role of President and look forward to working alongside the Board, staff, and members to continue building a strong, connected, and thriving business community.”
As owner of B4 Networks, Lachapelle brings extensive experience in technology, strategic planning, and business development - skills that will support the Chamber’s ongoing initiatives and future growth.
