The Circle of Excellence, awarded by The DiJulius Group—a world-renowned customer experience consultancy firm that has worked with brands like Starbucks, Lexus and Marriott—honours organizations that demonstrate a company-wide commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at every level. The WCCXT program includes a 12-part training designed to empower all team members, not just client-facing roles, to consistently deliver a world-class experience.
B4 Networks began this journey in 2023, not with the intent to overhaul operations, but to build upon its already strong foundation. What resulted was a powerful cultural shift across the organization, driven by purposeful training, leadership buy-in, and ongoing support.
Customer Service Representative Kayla White, who authored the award submission, played a key leadership role throughout the process. “It’s been amazing to see how the entire team embraced the CX training,” Kayla said. “I’ve shared weekly CX tips and nuggets during our team huddles, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch those ideas come to life in how we serve our clients—and one another.”
Using key tools from the training—like the FORD framework (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams), the “Never & Always” standards, and empathy-driven service—B4 Networks has seen measurable results, including increases in client satisfaction, survey engagement, and consistency in feedback about friendliness, responsiveness, and going above and beyond.
